Vague: Any type of numbness is a concern- abscess, cyst, infection of tissue and/or bone or some other issue. Do not hesitate- get it checked asap (recommend an oral surgeon first!).

See a dentist ASAP: You have a few separate conditions. Tooth infection is your chief complaint. Finding a proper diagnosis and treatment for your situation may be the answer to your worries. Rec.: see any dentist ASAP for examination, x-rays and treatment. Then see your PCP for your neck pain. Take good care.

Evaluation: Please have yourself physically evaluated by a dentist. Numbness can indicate pressure on a nerve, and that can be coming from an infection. Failure to treat can result in permanent damage. Please call today.
