My left side teeth is something numb, my left ear is something painful then my left side neck is like having a stiff neck.

Vague: Any type of numbness is a concern- abscess, cyst, infection of tissue and/or bone or some other issue. Do not hesitate- get it checked asap (recommend an oral surgeon first!).
