Incontinence: Start with trying to increase fiber in your diet to bulk up the stool. This can be helpful. Anal leakage is often a problem with weak anal sphincter muscles. If you have a GI nearby that specializes in motility studies they may be able to use biofeedback training to strengthen the sphincter muscles. Also, there is a medication solesta that can be injected in the area of the anal sphincter.
