No worry: ?A small amount of mold on a tablet will be killed by your stomach acid and digestive ezymes. Rare to see mold on tablets.

Will I be OK?: However I would suggest returning the rest of your supply to your Pharmacist for analysis and replacement. Also speak to your prescribing Physician about your experience and whether he/she wants you to take it orally or sublingually. Pills just don't get moldy unless improperly handled/stored. Do some research. Any untoward experience should be reported to the FDA by your prescribing Physician.
