Get to dentist: Hard to say without your history and exam, but appears to be a gingivitis or periodontitis issue (need to have the teeth and gums thoroughly checked and cleaned.) Could be other problems brought on by meds, supplements, home care, etc. Get evaluated and also brush your tongue
