Food poisoning: If the chicken is undercooked and contaminated with salmonella or other bacteria, it only takes as long as 1 bite to get food poisoning. Your GI system will generally let you know about it within the next 24-48 hours -- can be sooner. http://tinyurl.com/n2mhjxf.
