Have checked: It's possible to have firm, enlarged labia after direct trauma to the area (over-vigorous wiping or scrubbing, other injuries). In this case there would be discomfort from swelling, but no bright redness or severe pain. Other causes of swelling include infection (cellulitis, abscess) and other less common causes. Warm or cool compresses, sitz baths, and otc pain relievers may help. See a doc.
