See your GYN: There are a variety of things that can make the labia majora feel "a bit swollen.' some possibilities are: a pimple; a carbuncle(boil); in-grown hair. It is difficult to figure-out what is there so it would be best for you to be examined by a gyn so that she/he may be able to tell you what it is.
