Irritation: You probably irritated the area and caused an inflammatory reaction. Depending on what you masturbated with, you may have irritated the area and or even caused an allergic reaction if you masturbated with something different that you may have been allergic to. Rest the area for a few days and try tatking Ibuprofen (if you're not allergic to it). If it does not get better, see a gyn dr.

See your GYN: There are a variety of things that can make the labia majora feel "a bit swollen.' some possibilities are: a pimple; a carbuncle(boil); in-grown hair. It is difficult to figure-out what is there so it would be best for you to be examined by a gyn so that she/he may be able to tell you what it is.
