Yes : At several weeks after delivery your blood pregnancy hormone levels are still up so a pregnancy test will be positive. The earliest time you could get pregnant after having a baby is at 4 weeks and the soonest a pregnancy test would be positive is 2 weeks later at 6 weeks. Please use some type of birth control! two babies less than a year apart would be very hard!
