Maybe: It depends on how far along you are. An Hcg level of 203 is normal in very early pregnancy. But if you are farther along, it could mean that the pregnancy isn't doing very well. If you repeat the Hcg level in 48 hours or so, you will be able to tell if it is going up or down. It is reassuring if it goes up by at least 50%. If it goes up less, or drops the pregnancy is in trouble.
