Panic attack: There are some methods for relieving panic attacks, which is what I am assuming you have (based on your age). First step is to breathe deeply and calmly, trying to count your breaths. Control of your breathing will help control the anxiety. There is a herbal medication called valerian root that can also help. And of course, you should see your doctor when you can.
