Mouth ulcer: You can eat anything which will not make your ulcer worse, avoid physically hot food, spicy hot food and nuts.

Acids/Spices: Acidic and spicy drinks/foods will irritate an ulcer. Anything else will be less likely to irritate it. An oral ulcer should heal in 10 days - if not have it evaluated to make certain that it is only a normal ulcer.

Neutral foods: I would stay away from any acidic foods such as tomato sauce which will irritate the ulcer.
