CBC completed on 1/8. Mildly elevated ALT of 52 (range of 9-46). Bilirubin of 1.4 (range 0.2-1.2). Cholesterol is 229, LDL 152 and Non HDL of 178. Does LFTs seem to correlate to diet related? Diet has been poor the last 6-8 months?
Why would gilbert's syndrome not be diagnosis until middle age if genetic? No history of elevated bilirubin prior to 6 mos ago; other lfts were elevated, now ok.
