Pregnancy bleeding: About 50% of women bleed in the first trimester. Most will be fine but some will ultimately miscarry. There is usually not a "reason" that we can find or determine as to why this happens. It sounds like your doctor evaluated you and all was ok. You did the right thing getting checked. There is also nothing that you or a doctor can do to change the outcome with first trimester bleeding.
