Hmmm . . . . : This would depend on why the antipsychotics were prescribed in the first place. If you've been dealing with symptoms like hallucinations and delusions -- or with bipolar disorder -- it may be very dangerous for you to stop antipsychotic treatment. Your symptoms could return. I suggest talking with your psychiatrist about your medications and what optimal treatment for your condition might be.
