See below: It's recommended you consult a psychologist w/ a sleep medicine background to help you w/ alleviating your fears and concerns with sleep. If you are having sleep paralysis often and have excessive daytime sleepiness, it is recommended you consult a sleep medicine doctor as well to determine if there are other underlying sleep issues, such as sleep apnea or even narcolepsy.
