See a dr ASAP: If you have chronic suicidal thoughts, you should see a mental health professional as soon as possible. If you think you may act on those thoughts, then you should call 911 or go to the nearest er asap. Acute hospitalization may be needed. Psychotherapy and antidepressants or mood stabilizer meds can help.
