Difficult to repair.: You don't state which drugs in particular caused the damage, or what the nature of the damage is. So because the question is so general, so must be the answer. In general nerve tissue does not regenerate or repair itself, except for limited nerve plasticity, mostly in children younger patients and there is no known medical intervention. If your issue is opiates, please see www.Opiatecure.Com.
