Gum care: Here're a couple of articles showing ways you can use to improve your gums naturally: http://www.Wikihow.Com/stimulate-gum-growth http://altmedicine.About.Com/od/healthconditionsdisease/a/gum_disease.Htm those are subjective opinions but it's worth a read. Be sure to visit your dentist if your gums show any signs of disease or lack of growth.

Brush and. Floss: The best way to have healthy gums and teeth is by good brushing and flossing. Eat a healthy diet low in sugars and acids. If you are having pain in your gums this can indicate an infection and you need to see a dentist for treatment. Prevention is the key.

Oral Health: From a general health standpoint- enough sleep, exercise, sufficient hydration, a healthy nutritious diet and routine medical check-ups. Then brush and floss daily after meals and have routine dental check-ups and cleanings. Avoid unrefined sugars, sticky starchy foods and liquids high in acid.
