Possible: Not sure of what you already tried and you should ofcourse see your docs before you take antyhing but...If not already in therapy with behavioral modification techniques you should be. Pharmacologic treatments include ssri meds, these treat anxiety and reduce picking, n--acetyl cysteine, topiramate, Clonidine all have been used as well. Talk to your drs about the risk , benefits and altrenatives.
