Fresh breathe: Brush after every meal. Floss teeth and sweep your tongue clean daily. Many people like to brush in the shower too. If you still have bad breath have you tonsils and adenoids checked. and also you stomach esophagus as well.

Prevent a bad breath: Halitosis, bad breath is caused by poor dental health, tooth decay and may be a sign of other health problems. Also the type of food you eat or other factors like smoking can effect your breath. Some mouthwashes or breath fresheners may actually worsen a bad breath problem by irritating oral tissue with their high alcohol content. Prevention is the key.
