Closys mouth rinse: Closys mouth rinse (and tooth paste) were developed by a periodontist (gum specialist) over twenty years ago. When the flavoring agent is added it leaves the breath very fresh. It is extremely effective in killing the bacteria that cause gum disease and breath problems. It neutralizes the volatile sulfur gases that cause bad breath. It does not contain alcohol which can dry out the mouth.

Any brand name, but: There is no way to keep your mouth aseptic. Some mouth rinses will decrease the bacterial count for a short time, but even a healthy mouth has billions of bugs in it. Keep them from overgrowing by keeping the bacterial colonies disorganized via proper tooth brushing, using dental floss, and seeing your dentist for routine cleanings.
