Avoid odorful foods: To maintain fresh breath in the workplace, one can brush and floss before starting work and after snacks or meals. Snacks and meals should not have "fishy", "spicy", or "garlicky" odors. Drinking only water, and especially avoiding coffee, can help. Smoking must be avoided. Chewing sugarless gum may help. Some people brush their tongues when they brush their teeth. Visit a dentist 2-3 times/year.
