How bad is angina and enlarged heart?

Depends om severity: Not sure on severity but both are not good. Angina may be stable or unstable. Enlarged heart can be due to many things but ischemic or poor circulation most common in usa. Medications may help relieve symptoms on both. Need to determine severity and see cardiologist.
