Yes and no: Most angina (chest pain) can be treated; with medications and/or revascularization (angioplasty or bypass surgery). Atherosclerosis (vascular disease that causes most angina) cannot be truly reversed; not at least yet in a meaningful way. There are other causes of angina such as spasm of coronary arteries that can be treated as well.
