Go to a therapist: If you're feeling suicidal, go get help STAT. Therapists will help you find the right treatment and to inform your loved ones, if needed. They can bridge you and your family, and coordinate treatment, thus removing some of the pressure and guilt you might be feeling. I worry more about what you might do if you DON"t say anything. More people care about you than you know. Trust them.

If you feel suicidal: Even a bit, you should reach out and get help from a therapist. You do not have to wait until you feel worse, speaking with someone will help you uncover why you feel so bad and help you find ways to overcome whatever challenges are bringing you down. You may need medication or psychotherapy may be enough. If you are a child or teenager, you should tell your mother.
