That depends: You didn't say that you felt tired or sad -just that you looked that way. Believe it or - practicing smiling can help. Hydrate well, aim for 8 hours of sleep per night, stay physically active, eat healthfully. Work on a positive attitude. Practice the art of well being. Take care
