If you are on a: Campus - chose the parking spot that is farthest to the building. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Consider adding a physical ed class to your curriculum. Find a group you walk or jog with. When you walk or bike - do that instead of driving. Make healthy food choices. Always remember that calories burned must > those consumed.

Weight loss: Recommend that bulk of calories are in the morning with moderate lunch and smaller dinner. A small snack before bed is usually fine but eating throughout the night will likely not serve you well if you wish to lose weight.
