Falling asleep: Do something relaxing. Read a book, take a warm bath, listen to music, sit in a comfy chair in a dark room and go to bed when sleepy. Keep the bedroom cool, use a sound machine and eye mask. Avoid bright screen devices. Sleep aids can be used but sparingly. Don't lie in bed waiting to fall asleep.
