Good sleep hygiene: Set a goal! if you want to get up at around 7am, and want to sleep 7-8 hours, then don't sleep-in. Get up at 7am and no nap during day. Then try to go to bed 10-11pm..It will be hard at first, but be patient! it may take 1-2 wks to get used to. Avoid stimulant (caffeine etc) use after 3pm n don't exercise too late, no computers/games in room. Lower the light. Melatonin may help. Good luck..
