No, but...: There is no known topical agent to get rid of Fordyce spots since they are ectopic sebaceous glands, which are too deep for drug to work. So, do not try any. Known to us, these spots are inborn and harmless so to leave them along. If mentally bothered, seek dermatologist for evaluation and counseling and decide if treatment is needed or not.

Fordyce's spots: They are harmless and other so many it is not worth trying to remove them. To to wikipedia for good discussion.
