NONE: See a dermatologist. Fordyce spots cannot nor should not be treated. PPP [pustulosis palmaris, plantaris?] will have exacerbations and remissions but will not respond to any "do it yourself" therapy. Prescriptions will help when it is worse. Avoid smoking. Avoid heavy alcohol use. Various treatments will help, but not cure. Most of them are quite safe.
