Avoid hot tubs & hot soaking baths (opt for showers instead). 10. Always wipe anterior to posterior (urination or defecation). 11. Insure there is adequate lubrication for sexual intercourse. 12. Supplement with probiotics while on antibiotics & for at least 4 weeks afterwards. 13. Reduce junk sugar in your diet. 14. Consider eating yogurt with live cultures or Kefir. 15. Yogurt with live cultures can be placed in the vagina (some say it helps but there is not clear research to back claims currently). 16.
