Yeast infection: There are a large number of over the counter products to treat a vaginal yeast infection. These are generally in cream or suppository form, and come in dosing for one-day, three-day, and seven-day courses of treatment. All courses are similarly successful in treating the condition.

Probiotics: Harvard Medical School has reported that consuming probiotics, which are in yogurt, may help vaginal health. (https://bit.ly/2FDo9Ju) Vaginal creams with clotrimazole or other meds may offer faster needed relief. Furthermore, I strongly encourage you to have an exam by a Gynecologist as soon as possible to make certain the diagnosis is right and for further treatment suggestions. Be healthy!
