Dengue: I think what you may be asking is "i don't feel well and my legs are sore. Could it be that I have dengue fever even though it isn't summer?" dengue can be contracted throughout the year in areas where it is endemic. Louisville, ky, isn't an endemic area, however, so unless you recently travelled to such an area the symptoms you mention aren't due to dengue.
