Common: Dengue can produce pains in muscle and joints that lasts for months and resolution can be extremely slow and prolonged. Some of this may be relieved by anti-inflammatory medications. See your doctor and get evaluated.

Dengue Fever: That is why Dengue Fever is also referred to as breakbone fever. Most often dengue acute symptoms last 7 to 10 days & there is full recovery within a month. But unfortunately some people can suffer joint, muscle or bony pain much longer. I wish you my best in your recovery.
