OK: protein and fats dont affect blood sugar, so have protein and healthy fats, like cheese, an egg, tuna, avocado, olive oil. Veggies are high in fiber and low in sugar and they will help with blood sugar control as well. Eats at least 4 servings of vegetables a day. Beans and Whole grains in portion control, Seeds and nuts are a good source of high in protein, fat, no sugar
