Seek the problem.: Anxiety and depression are closely related and may be caused by a variety of things. Is there a history of these issues in your family? It might be genetic. Is it something to do with your life situation? If so you may need to change things so you are not constantly stressed. Exercise has been found to be very helpful with depression. Also talk with someone, a friend or therapist if needed.
