Yes..but: This might have resulted in a chemical burn of the sensitive tissues in your inner eyelids or the cornea (clear front of the eye). If it really feels scratchy or hurts a lot a visit to your doc is in order. Sometimes antibiotic eye drops &/or patching are needed to assure proper healing without further damage.
