Too many factors: There are too many factors to address before advising you to "get thin". If you are "overweight" you should try to lose 1-2 lbs per week by eating a healthy, well-balanced diet and by exercising (especially cardio). Make sure you check with your doctor before doing anything intensive if you have any underlying health problems.
