Don't know enough: Severe headache means different things to different people. If I were seeing you in my clinic, taking a good history and able to perform a good neurologic exam, I would be able to advise specific treatment options and likely provide right now treatment. So, what I'm getting at is that I don't enough to answer your question but a vist w/your dr - and maybe a specialist - should answer your Q.
