Examine for hernia: Lower abominal pain with associated leg pain is often seen when an inquinal or groin hernia is present . Sometimes patients may also notice a fullness or mass appearing in the area as well esp on straining.The best course of action is to be examined by your doctor. They can make this diagnosis.
