Teen exercise: Walking for 30-60 minutes every day. 3 days a week, 30-60 minutes of aerobic exercise - exercise that gets heart beating harder and faster. Can do that biking, swimming, playing basketball, running... 2 days a week strength training and toning/stretching including things like yoga, pilates, tai-chi.
