Sounds like your ill: What I mean is that typically when it hurts to touch the skin area, it usually is a possible inflammation or infection. Could be viral or bacterial. If you develop a fever, I would see your doctor to discuss treatment options. It is possible if this is not the case you could have a pulled muscle or nerve impingement.
