Agitation, nausea: headache, "altered" sense of surroundings, weight gain, decreased libido, retarded ejaculation, sleep problems and some of the first ones that come to mind. What worries me more is when patients stop taking Paxil abruptly, and have "brain zaps" and a cluster of intense flu-like symptoms. (This can also occur with Effexor, (venlafaxine) Cymbalta and to a lesser extent with Celexa and Zoloft). Go to a PDR.
