When will paxil (paroxetine) side effects go away?

Within a week: Side-effects to Paxil (paroxetine) & other ssris are almost always reversible upon medication discontinuation. Depending on other factors, such as liver disease and other serious problems, side-effects can be expected to resolve by one week post-cessation.

Paxil: I am not sure which side effects you are referring to but not all side effects resolve while on the medication.
