TENS: Yes absolutely - you only know if your try the device - do not e basis.xpect 100% relief as it is not designed for this. The benefit really depends on where and how severe your pain is. remember its not a one time treatment. You may t\have to use it on a daily

TENS: Tens unit can help with superficial pain. With degeneration of the spine, usually people have arthritis of the spine as well, which in turn can lead to muscle spasms for which TENS would be very useful. It does not affect the degeneration directly. Hope this information helps you.
