Not really: I presume you're asking if you can do specific exercises that will narrow the soft tissue between your thighs. Spot exercises typically do not work – lots of setups will not resolve love handles. General combinations of aerobic training and weight loss give you the best hope. This area is a common location for adipose deposition. May require liposuction if still present after weight loss.
