Working out 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. is this healthy or too much?

Too much: Depending upon your workout, it seems to be excessive. The body needs time to recover from a workout, especially a 4 hour workout. An every other day routine would be more advisable. A shorter workout is also advisable.
