Too much: Depending upon your workout, it seems to be excessive. The body needs time to recover from a workout, especially a 4 hour workout. An every other day routine would be more advisable. A shorter workout is also advisable.

Depends : This really depends on what is the make up of your exercise program - cardio - strength - stretching etc and on how you feel. However if you aren't specifically training for an event - sport or competition you may be able to achieve similar goals in less time by having a more efficient workout and put less wear you body for the long term. Hope that helps!
