Drink water: Perhaps your relative dehydration is leading to early stone formation. Best way to keep kidney stones & gout at bay is to stay hydrated. There's no reason to go w/o drinking water regularly, enough to make your urine clear. If abdomen still hurts, then see your Family Doc for possible causes eg bladder infections, diverticulitis, peptic ulcer, etc.
