A member asked:

What is the best treatment for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Varies: Most are mild and just monitored with periodic xrays (6 mo). Some are moderate, and bracing may be considered and used. Some are quite significant and will require surgery. After growth stops, most changes will be minimal and less followup is needed.
